We reserve the right to reschedule appointments when necessary due to weather, safety concerns, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
Payment terms will be discussed prior to the start of services. Full or partial payment may be required before sessions begin.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation or suspension of services.
Clients are asked to provide reasonable notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Refunds are not guaranteed once services have been provided. Training outcomes depend heavily on owner participation and consistency outside scheduled sessions.
Clients agree to:
• Follow training guidance and recommendations
• Provide a safe environment for training sessions
• Disclose any behavioral or medical concerns related to their dog
• Maintain control and supervision of their dog when required
TCO In-Home Dog Training is not responsible for incidents resulting from failure to follow provided training instructions.
While every effort is made to provide safe and effective training, dog behavior can be unpredictable. Clients acknowledge that participation in dog training involves inherent risks.
TCO In-Home Dog Training shall not be held liable for injuries, damages, losses, or incidents involving the client, their dog, family members, property, or third parties during or after training sessions.
